Joshua founded Riviera Tech Co. in 2024 after two decades of hands-on technology experience — from managing enterprise accounts at companies like Yardi Systems to running network operations as an MSP engineer and overseeing HIPAA-compliant systems as an IT Director.
His connection to senior tech support goes back further than his career, though. Joshua grew up around his mom's beauty shop, surrounded by her regulars — mostly women in their 70s, 80s, and 90s who welcomed a curious kid into their conversations. People have always told him he's an "old soul."
